We all get what we tolerate. And that's what 90% of people don't understand.

The moment you stop tolerating bad behavior is the moment your life begins to change. Period.

And I'm not just talking about the behavior of others. I'm talking about what you tolerate in yourself.

If you tolerate excuses, you'll always have excuses.

If you tolerate negativity, you'll always find something to be negative about.

If you tolerate laziness, you'll never discover what you're truly capable of.

If you tolerate disrespect, you'll keep making room for people who disrespect you.

If you tolerate failure without learning from it, you'll keep repeating the same mistakes.

Your life doesn't change because you wish things were different. It changes when you decide that what you've been accepting is no longer acceptable.

That decision changes your standards. Your standards change your actions. Your actions change your results. And your results change your life.

You don't have to control everything around you. You don't have to control other people. But you absolutely have to take responsibility for what you do, what you accept, and what you allow to continue.

The day you raise your standards and refuse to lower them is the day you stop settling for the life you've been living and start building the life you actually want.

Because ultimately, you don't get the life you want simply by wanting it. You build the life your standards and actions support.

Whatโ€™s one thing youโ€™re done tolerating? Let me know in the comments.
